We have been offering our services to our local community for over 60 years, encouraging responsible dog ownership with well trained and socially acceptable dogs.

All of our Trainers have attended the PDTI Instructors Awards Course and are qualified between level 1 and 4

Our half hour classes start at puppy and continue through Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels.  Each level having an assessment and awards to the Kennel Clubs  Good Citizen Award Scheme

We have also created a Platinum class for those dogs and owners who wish to extend their training.

All of our training techniques are based on reward and kindness.

 We also have further training to help with life skills and advanced pet obedience for you and your dogs to enjoy.

PROBLEM DOGS:-Bridport Dog Training Club is primarily for training pet dogs the skills to become happy, confident, well behaved good citizens. If you are having problems with specific behaviours then we can offer members an half hour session at a cost of £15.  This will be with one of our advanced trainers who can offer advice on how to start altering the behaviour into a more positive one, or set a plan in place of training and help needed. 

OLDER DOGS/RESCUES/REHOMES:- For dogs over 6 months of age wishing to join our class sessions, we will ask you to attend for an assessment to ensure that classes are right for you both.  This also ensures we place you in the class that meets your requirements.
